Roccor Promotes Kris Schaa to Chief Financial Officer

Part of Company’s Efforts to Sustain Growth and Customer Satisfaction

Longmont, CO (December 10, 2019) – Roccor, a Colorado-based disruptive military and aerospace supplier in the rapidly growing small satellite market, announced that it has promoted Kris Schaa to Chief Financial Officer. The promotion brings Schaa onto Roccor’s leadership team in a role that will help ensure sustained growth and prosperity for the employee-owned company while the technical and business development staff maintains focus on product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Schaa, who joined Roccor in May of 2019, is an experienced finance director in high-tech industries. Immediately after joining the company she oversaw Roccor’s implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline business planning and accounting.

As Roccor’s CFO, Schaa – a graduate of both Colorado State University and the University of Colorado’s Executive MBA Program – will lead Roccor’s Finance and Accounting team and oversee all aspects of financial planning and execution critical to Roccor’s continued growth and success.

Before joining Roccor, Schaa worked for a number of high-growth companies including the Colorado-based startup Research Electro-Optics that was recently acquired by Excelitas Technologies Inc.
