Community involvement and giving back are integral parts of Redwire culture.
Redwire employees are committed to giving back to our many communities across the country.
Giving back is an integral part of the Redwire culture and we believe in the power of volunteerism. Each Redwire location works to makes an impact in the communities where they reside. From coordinating back-to-school supply drives to cleaning up local parks and green spaces, Redwire employees are constantly looking for ways to improve their communities and neighborhoods, individually or in partnership with local, regional and national organizations.
Redwire is an institutional partner for many organizations within the aerospace community.
Redwire is invested in the communities that our employees live and work in and are proud of the Redwire team for their community stewardship. Fostering science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) engagement within the aerospace community is a key focus for Redwire. Redwire proudly supports local STEM programs and schools in the communities where we work. We have also forged partnerships with several outstanding organizations that are focused on providing authentic STEM learning experiences to students.
Redwire is strengthening the aerospace workforce pipeline for future generations.
Redwire is committed to bridging the gap for diversely talented young professionals entering the workforce looking for opportunities to succeed through our robust internship program. We support several organizations supporting young professionals finding their way in the aerospace field, such as: the Brooke Owens Fellowship, the Matthew Isakowitz Fellowship, and the ZED Factor Fellowship program.
