School is back in session!
As students and teachers prepare to fill classrooms this fall, Redwire teams across the U.S. filled boxes with much-needed school supplies. This summer, Redwire championed its Annual Back-to-School Drive, sponsoring local schools in need. Redwire employees contributed over 2,000 items, including sanitation items, backpacks, general school supplies, and gift cards, totaling nearly $5,000.
Laura Adams, Employee Engagement Ambassador located at Redwire’s Greenville, IN facility reflected on her experience supporting the cause this year. “Providing supplies for children that may not otherwise have them and equipping teachers with items needed for an impactful classroom experience made this year’s back-to-school drive worthwhile. I was blessed to witness the appreciation of the principal, teachers and staff delivering the donations to our local school. To say it was humbling is a vast understatement.”
Redwire is proud to support local schools in need and partner with our local STEM schools to empower the next generation of aerospace professionals. Wishing each student, parent, and school staff member a successful 2023-2024 school year!
