The employee success platform company Quantum Workplace recently selected Redwire as one of nine organizations for its annual Employee Voice Award (EVA).

The EVA recognizes organizations that have worked hard to build an engaging work environment and create a company culture that attracts and retains talented people. Redwire received top honors (gold award) in the EVA’s Engaging Experience category. This category recognizes people-first companies that consistently improve the employee experience and focus on employee engagement year-round.

To be selected for the EVA, Redwire provided Quantum Workplace with information about challenges the company and its employees faced, the strategies and solutions used to face that challenge, and how those solutions affected employees and the business.

Redwire’s efforts to engage its workforce include recognition of top performing employees through its annual At Our Core Awards and initiatives to celebrate the diversity of the Redwire team and inclusivity of all. Quantum Workplace’s EVA is the latest recognition Redwire has received for being an employer of choice. In 2023, the organization Albuquerque Business First recognized Redwire’s Albuquerque, New Mexico, facility as a top workplace for the second year in a row.
